Exalted Ruler
The Exalted Ruler serves as the Lodge’s leader, overseeing its programs, activities, and operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets its goals. This role involves guiding Lodge functions and club operations while ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.
Esteemed Leading, Loyal and Lecturing Knights

The Esteemed Leading Knight, Esteemed Loyal Knight, and Esteemed Lecturing Knight are responsible for supporting the Exalted Ruler in carrying out duties as mentioned earlier. In the absence of the Exalted Ruler, these officers are authorized to act on their behalf. If the Exalted Ruler is not present, the next-ranking officer organizes the Lodge, designates members to fill vacancies, and maintains order until the absent officer’s return.

These officers are also tasked with fulfilling the responsibilities outlined in the Laws and Ritual of the organization, as well as any additional duties assigned by the Lodge. The Leading Knight attends all District Deputy Clinics for the Lodge, unless excused for valid reasons communicated to the District Deputy with jurisdiction.

Treasurer
The Treasurer’s office is the Financial Leg of the Organization. The Treasurer manages all lodge funds, issues receipts, pays authorized bills and keeps accurate financial records. They present regular financial reports, ensure proper audits, and notify the Board of excess cash holdings. The Treasurer also handles funds for committees and other lodge activities.
Secretary
The Secretary’s office is the hub of the wheel. While the Exalted Ruler has ultimate responsibility for the administration of the affairs of the Order, the laws, rules and regulations of the Order and the Lodge, the Secretary is the Administrative arm of the Organization. The Secretary maintains accurate records of lodge meetings, membership accounts, and correspondence. Duties include handling dues, overseeing financial transfers to the Treasurer, notifying members of elections or proposals, and managing communications. The Secretary also ensures timely reporting to the Grand Lodge, notifies members of delinquencies, and maintains the lodge’s legal and operational documentation.
Board Of Trustees-5th Year Trustee
The Board of Trustees is responsible for overseeing the financial management and property of the lodge. This includes managing the lodge’s finances, ensuring proper accounting practices, reviewing and approving expenditures, supervising the care and maintenance of lodge property, and collaborating with other officers to develop financial strategies. Trustees also prepare financial reports for lodge meetings and act as stewards of the lodge’s resources to support its charitable and fraternal missions.
